As part of our first line of contact, we provide contact centre services that include receiving, routing and coordinating requests. Our team oversees the fulfilment of requests and provides detailed service level reports, giving you full control over your processes. We also offer advanced technical and subject matter support, helping users to resolve IT issues and supporting them with their business processes. Remote troubleshooting and debugging is carried out quickly and efficiently, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity for your organisation.

Our priority is to ensure the highest SLAs, such as accepting requests within 1 minute and resolving 70-90% of issues during the first contact. We use an advanced ITSM tool, such as ServiceDesk Plus®, which we provide to customers or integrate with their existing ticketing systems. If necessary, we also use customer-supplied systems, adapting to their internal processes.
