We have the infrastructure, competence and many years of experience that allow us to provide effective service and maintenance of IT infrastructure 24 hours a day. We guarantee the removal of failures within 4-6 hours of reporting, regardless of location in Poland. We serve retail outlets, petrol stations and offices, providing comprehensive technical support tailored to the needs of our clients, regardless of the scale of their business.
Our service technicians are available on a resident model at customer locations or commute from one of 17 Service Points located throughout the country. Each Service Point also has a stock of replacement equipment, which enables damaged equipment to be replaced quickly and efficiently. We operate on the basis of proven procedures and modern tools that ensure the high efficiency of our operations. Our team of technicians and engineers has a broad competence in handling leading IT solutions and the necessary authorisations, such as SEP 1kVA, authorisations to work at height or service of fiscal devices.
An additional asset is our team of project managers with more than 10 years of experience in the largest service and roll-out projects in Poland. Their knowledge and skills, confirmed by PRINCE II certificates, guarantee professional management of each implementation. Our ITSM system (ServiceDesk Plus®) enables precise recording, supervision and reporting of the work in progress, as well as management of replacement equipment stock. As a result, we are able to ensure the highest level of service and reliability of our customers’ IT infrastructure.
